Regular Society Meetings

The Tennessee Valley Bonsai Society meets on the second Saturday of each month at 10 a.m. The usual meeting place is the US Agricultural Department, 6183 Adamson Circle, Chattanooga, TN.

Meetings are open to all with an interest in bonsai.

Carving Workshop for Members

September 27, 2025

The carving workshop with Drew Binkely will be this coming Saturday September 27. At this point the workshop is full. If you have had an opportunity to watch the video of Drew working on Eisei-En you can see that it will be packed with a lot of information and new techniques. Drew is driving down on Saturday morning and the workshop will start at 8:30 AM and go until.Bonsai carving

Everyone is welcome to observe and I have found that I get as much out of watching as participating. In addition anyone who wants to bring a tree to work on as we usually do is welcome to do so. Club wire is provided.
